  First, check the recipient’s number was entered correctly. If the payment succeeded but the credit never arrived, we automatically retry and, if it still fails, refund you in full. Contact support and we’ll resolve it the same day.

  You can send plain airtime credit or operator bundles. Available amounts and bundles depend on the recipient’s operator and are always shown before you pay.

  Yes, where the operator offers them. Pick the bundle at checkout and we activate it on the recipient’s line the moment the payment clears.
