If a top-up can’t be delivered, we refund the full amount to your original payment method automatically. You’ll get a confirmation as soon as it’s issued.
You’re eligible whenever a paid top-up isn’t delivered, or is delivered incorrectly. Successfully delivered top-ups can’t be reversed, since the credit is already on the recipient’s line.
Open the transaction in your history and tap “Report an issue”, or email support with your transaction reference. Most cases are resolved within one business day.
We issue refunds immediately on our side. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money typically lands back in your account within 3–5 business days.
Contact us before going to your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Share your transaction reference and we’ll investigate right away.
