Use a strong, unique password, turn on two-factor authentication, and never share your one-time codes. We will never ask for your password or codes by email or phone.
Go to Settings → Security and turn on two-factor authentication. You can use SMS codes or an authenticator app for an extra layer of protection on every sign-in.
Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a secure reset link. The link expires shortly after, so use it right away.
You can close your account any time from Settings → Account. We’ll permanently delete your personal data in line with our privacy policy once any open transactions are settled.
Change your password immediately, enable two-factor authentication, and contact support. We’ll lock the account if needed and help you secure it.
